reflections on pre-u seminar 08

Wednesday (28/05/08)

Mama and Abah's wedding anniversary is today!!Wish them a blissful marriage for long..(20years now)Went for the 2nd parallel presentation..Many topics were viewed regarding our theme "GLOBAL CITY,HOME FOR ALL"..hmm..followed by tea reception..then we had a panel discussion then after lunch,we had sandcastle preparation..Then, we watched Sepet for our "Asian FilmFest". It was a very touching movie and very unique. halfway through the show,I had to go to the toilet(nature's calls) and guess who was there? the director!Ms Yasmin Ahmad. . haha..She's a very warm person :)..for supper we had my favourite almond longan!!..haha..yumyum..the guys(Ibrahim,Kenneth and Joel) dared me to approach a guy..haha..nothing else to do you know..haha..but well we had crazy fun times..then we hanged out at the pantry until 12.40pm..haha..we played true or dare..Ibrahim had to dance(I'll post the video soon)..haha..And of course we camwhore!!!..haha..

Thursday(29/05/08)

Was quite tired as I slept late(1.30am).haha..take a shower and went down for breakfast :).. another round of presentation and discussion..then the time to build sandcastle!!!coolness..we had ultimate fun despite our first tower collapse..haha..then they were teasing me on how "good" my skills are and asked me to be a construction worker..hehe..And of course,the day wont be complete without.....TAKING PICTURES!!!!..haha..it was crazzy i must say..haha..the scenery was magnificient and some pictures i took looked like as if we were not in Singapore!haha..
We had dinner by the beach..nice food, cool wind, great scenery plus cool friends ,what more could i ask for..hehe..
While waiting for the bus, our SG26 had a so-called "sing-off" session with SG25..we were hot and stomping the yard man!!..yeah!!!..haha..we were singing any songs that came to our mind..from Maroon5 to Powerpuff girls..haha..On the bus we took pictures again,haha..and slept through the journey.zzzzzzzz.
I had my favourite drink Soya Bean for only 60cents(nice sey)twice..After supper,we hanged out at SLOs rooms..it was a singing/chit-chat/playing games/ghost stories session altogether..Then Ibrahim played CS,i gave a try for the first time..I didnt know i can play that "well''!haha..(got killed in barely 1min)..then we played Wheel-of-fortune!!..i was making big money(then went bankrupt)..and of course we were tired so we took a nap..haha..in the morning,me,nicole,ibrahim and kenneth were walking like zombie..silence throughout the journey back to our rooms..haha..

Friday (30/05/08)

The last day of pre-u seminar..Many were shagged from the hang-out and kenneth and many others were sleeping while waiting for the closing ceremony to commence..haha..and of course took more pictures!!!..haha..we were changing blazers and all..haha..memory sake:)..after the closing ceremony,we were crazily taking pictures and to the extent of calling the professional photographer to take us..we were on stage (attention seeker)..ahhaha
we had a mini gathering where we just say our thoughts..i felt touched by some people and wanted to ..haha..well,it was a great 5days spent together with all of SG26 people..they are all unique bunch of people and one thing we all have in common is we have ENERGY and loves to take pictures!!!..haha..Then it was time to say goodbyes and hugs..it was hard saying our goodbyes but all things must come to an end soon..had our last soya bean drink..thanks for the treat I-BRA-HIM(sloggi)..haha..
